STEP 1. Seat Height
The wall mounted shower seat needs to be attached to the wall with the adjustable legs set at a height that is comfortable for the user with their feet comfortable on the ground, use a footrest if necessary, or the shorter Full Length Back Shower Seat option.

STEP 2. Sit Back in the Seat
Adjust the height of the back support cushion so it is flush against the small of the back to provide comfortable lower back support. The cushion easily prises away from the seats padded back rest and there are 4 slots in total to achieve different levels of support. The cushion is universal and can be rotated 180° so everyone should be able to find their desired comfort position.

STEP 3. Adjust the Armrests
Each armrest ‘flips up’ independently should the user require to transfer from a wheelchair to the shower seat. Fully encapsulated padding around the armrests aim to ease strain to the neck and shoulders as well as being a comfortable support area for the arms when seated.
